Keep Us Informed At All Times

Every time you move jobs, or homes, or buy a new car, you’ll need to update your car insurance policy, to make sure that all of the risk factors relating to where your car is most often parked have been addressed. It’s the only way to make sure you’ve got all your ducks in a row when it comes time to claim.

If any of the information we have recorded on your policy is not up to date, and therefore incorrect when you want to claim, there is a very real possibility that your claim could be rejected on the basis on non-disclosure. We don’t ever want to see that happen to you, and since we love the sound of your voice, there is literally no limit to the number of times that you can call us to update your policy when something in your life changes. Even if it doesn’t really affect your insurance policy, we still like to know how you’re doing…. You’re part of our royal family!

As you go through life and accumulate more stuff and better stuff, you need to make sure your home contents insurance takes into account all of your swag, bling, gadgets and toys. A good way to make sure your stuff stays covered, is to take a few minutes in January updating your home contents schedule (you know, after you’ve treated yourself to a few goodies during the December break).

Like a fine wine, your insurance policies should improve over time, closing up the gaps in your cover, so that you’ll be financially protected in the event of theft, accidents or other nasties.

Remember, if you’ve moved, changed jobs, bought some new stuff (or a new car, house, trailer or caravan), you can drop us an email – info@cosmosbrokers.co.za and we’ll update everything for you, lickety split.

With age comes wisdom, and with wisdom comes proper insurance.
